Jafra is a Palestinian youth organization that works on the participatory approach to enhance the steadfastness of the Palestinian society in all its places of existence and stems from the role and responsibility of youth towards its society and its just causes. The organization relies in its work on humanitarian standards to implement its activities with integrity, effectiveness and consistency

“Zuwaditna” is born to empower a group of women who wanted to be engaged in the labor market in which allows women to be productive through increasing their bargaining power both in society and in 

their households.  

Out of  this  A “Woman Cooperative organization”   is born in 2016  and formed to be named “Zuwaditna”, “We Can Overcome Hardships through Positive Energy thus Leading to a Better Life”. 

 Zuwaditna  is registered with the Ministry of Economy, which aims to enhance the economic participation of  women, empower them and integrate them into the fields of work and production, so that the product comes out with their spirit  that reflects their power and will to stand against difficulties.

Nada is a farmer who decides to protect her 7 dunum family land and the environment. The previous farmer had used chemicals that may be harmful to the environment and the health of humans and animals alike. However, Nada has taken it upon herself to ensure that her land is healthy and sustainable for the future.

Crops like broccoli, beans, and kale do not only benefit the environment but also provide people with healthy and nutritious food. Nada is also investing in banana, avocado, and papaya trees that help maintain a healthy ecosystem and soil.

Managing a farm is no easy feat, and doing so in an environmentally responsible manner requires hard work and dedication. Nada's commitment to protecting the environment and providing healthy food for people is truly inspiring. Hopefully, her efforts can serve as an inspiration to others to take similar steps to protect the environment and promote sustainable farming practices.

Ghada has been interested in creating accessories since she was young. Her mother, Rola, has a talent for making bags and embroidery. Together, they decided to start a venture that combines both of their talents. As a mother-daughter team, they recognized the need for a sustainable source of income and decided to channel their passion for crafting into a profitable enterprise.

House of Beads produces two main lines: beads for accessories and tote bags, and small makeup bags. It offers a wide variety of unique and personalized products to each customer.

The bead creation line is a testament to their skill and artistry. From bracelets to necklaces, Ghada and Rola pour their heart and soul into each piece they create. As her orders increased from a few products made for acquaintances to orders from neighboring villages, Rawan saw in Senbleh the perfect opportunity to set up a small workshop and reach more customers.

Rawan believes in our collective responsibility to protect the planet, which we find in her beautiful, eco-friendly, and sustainable piñatas. Through dedication and hard work, she demonstrates how a dream can become a reality that has a positive impact on the world.

For many years, Hanen searched for unique items to obtain or gift, but it was a challenging and time-consuming task. However, due to her crafting skills and artistic ways to upcycle things creatively, an idea popped into her head - why not make it herself and make it unique? She took her first step and bought macrame cords to create her first macrame wall hanging, and she was satisfied with the amazing results.

One day, a small bird inspired her, reminding her that it too had powers despite its size. Hanen believed that she too could do anything if she started, and so she created an Instagram page called #feather_macrame_spirit to sell her special pieces. She let go of all her fears, invested in herself, and did her best to achieve her goals step by step, making everyone happy with their purchase and encouraging them to come back again and again. Hanen believes that small changes can have a big impact on living a happier, more fulfilling, and successful life.
